The Conception Of Ownership

Let me begin By Stating that I Voted for Dr. Ron Paul In New Yorks last
Republican Party primary election and I am a member of the Campaign For
Liberty!!

There has been a recent political flareup over Mr. Rand Pauls views about
ownership, association, and race. Mr. Paul is running for a U.S. Senate
seat and he feels that the 1964 civil Rights Act went too far by telling
people how they were to run their property.

I am a Libertarian, but my perspective on this issue is seen from a view
that Mr. Paul does not seem to understand or seem to comprehend.

Mr. Paul feels that a man should be able to do with his property as he
sees fit. That is a principle that seems very correct at first glance.

Mr. Paul feels that only he should have tne right to determine the uses
of his property and who should or should not have access to his property.

This is one of the pillars of Libertarianism!!

One of the points of the 1964 Civil Rights Act was to put a legal end to
people being denied access to public places solely because of their skin
color; which had been going on in the United States since its Onset!!

The 1964 Civil Rights Act made it Illegal for owners of businesses, open
to the General Public, to refuse service to colored human beings!!

Libertarians are very vocal about their personal freedom and the concept
of Liberty!! There are not very many Libertarians who are aware of just
what it means to be considered someones elses property though!!

Property Was the Foundation Of Slavery!! Slaves Were Bought And Paid For;
And The Owners Of Slaves Had Legal Right to Do Anything That They Wanted
With Their Slave Property, Including Rape, Murder, Lashing, And So Forth!

What Does It Say About Your Libertarian Beliefs Toward Equal Justice
When Your Property Rights Are More Important Than Your Moral Rights??

As A Libertarian I Reject Ownership Of Myself From Everyone Including
Myself!! When Someone Talks To Me As If They Own Me; Rather Than Getting
Irate, I Just Refuse To Talk Or Respond To Them!!

If I Find Myself Thinking About An Action Or Word That Is Against My
Principles, That Action Or Word Will Be Surpressed!!

Rand Paul May Be The Tea Party Poster Boy But To Me His Mindset Is Not
Any Different From Any Tyrant Or Despot Who Is Going To Insist On His
Way And His Beliefs Being The Only Way And The Only Beliefs Permitted
To Be Practiced By Everyone Else!!

Human History Has Many Examples Of These Righteous Demigods Who
Consider All Of Humanity Their Very Own Personal Property!!!

A woman with the handle DarkLady posted the following about Rand Paul!

Rand Paul believes that the government should allow all private business
owners to deny food, lodging, clothing, employment, etc. to members of
whatever groups they do not like.

He claims that this is because it is not fair for the government to force
private businesses to do things they do not want to do.

Meanwhile - Rand Paul also believes that the government has a
-Responsibility- to force private citizens to feed, house, care for and
potentially be placed at great personal risk by a fertilized egg, zygote,
embryo, etc.

What if the woman could declare herself to be a private business? Could
she then abort based on the fact that she does not want to provide
services?
