I hung up the phone and then I dialed star 69 and was told that
the number was " Unavailable "!! I get that when some
government agency or other criminal enterprise is calling my
phone number.

This is what I get for " Rocking The Boat " In New York City!!

A Frame Up Is On the Way - The Form It Will Take Is Anyones
Guess!!

Perhaps Illegal Material Will Be Downloaded Into My Computer!!
Perhaps Counterfeit Emails Will Be Attributed To My Accounts!!
Perhaps I Will Overnight Become A " Made Member " Of Some Group!!

Perhaps I Will Be Killed During A No Knock Raid By The Police
Looking For One Of The Criminals That Use My Mailbox!!

I Am 68 Years Old And Disabled But I Pose A Dire Threat To The
Established Order Because I Will Not Abandon My Moral Principles!!

I Do Not Commit Crime Nor Do I Associate With Any Criminals!!

However My Mailbox In The Lobby Of My Apartment Building Is
Engaged In All Kinds Of Criminal Activity By Criminals That
Are Being Purposely Shielded By The New York City Police
Department!!

It Has Been That Way For Years Now Despite My Letters To The
Mayor And My Many Letters To My Landlord!!

They Are Called " Conf idential Informants " And They Are
Allowed To Commit Their Criminal Activity Because They Report
To The Police On Who Did What And When!! This Is How The
Police Do Their " Investigations " Nowadays!!

For Us Unfortunate Honest People However This Is A
Nightmare Situation Of Mounting Epic Proportions!!

My Mail Is Stolen And Identity Theft Follows!!
Phony Cell Phones Are Attributed To My Name And Address!!
Some Clown Had His Welfare Check Being Sent To My Mailbox!!
Another Clown Wanted A " Witness Taken Care Of Before His
Trial "!! ( I Sent That Letter To The Chief Of Police. )
Some Woman With Two Kids In An Out Of State Institution
Has My Mailbox Listed As Her Home Address!!

Fed Up I Notif ied The Federal Bureau Of Investigation
And The United States Attorneys Off ice And My Frame Up
On Something Is All But Assured!!

Such Is " The Quality Of Life " Being Woefully Endured
By Many Law Abiding Citizens Here On The North Shore
Of Staten Island!!

I Do Not Have A Badge And A Gun But I Sure Have More
Moral Authority And More Ethical Authority Than Any
Member Of The New York City Police Department; Who
Allow Their Informants To Poison Children With
Narcotics On A Daily Basis While Supposedly Gathering
Usefull Information!!!

It Is More Than Just Dishonoring The Badge - It Is
