And Yet Another New Brighton Voting Ordeal And Horror Story!!

It is April 19, 2016 and around 9:00AM I walked over to my New Brighton polling place and the circus began.

I showed my card to the poll workers which has my name, address, ED, AD, as well as my serial number. I signed my name into the book.

A ballot was put into a folder and I walked over to the voting area. Inside the folder was a democratic ballot, but I am a republican, so a went back to the poll workers and requested a republican ballot.

When I got back to the voting area I opened the folder and inside was a republican affidavit ballot, so I went back to the poll workers, and once again requested a republican ballot.

I was told that there were not any there; but I was not buying that and I waited until the poll workers bothered to find and then open the proper republican ballots and give me one of them!!

I went back to the voting area and voted!!

It is really a shame that at my New Brighton polling place there are so many incompetent and lazy poll workers.

Unfortunately the black woman poll worker gives black republicans a hard time because she believes all black people should be democrats.

She knows I am a republican but she gave me a democratic ballot and a hard time to get a correct republican ballot.

Evidently there was a planned effort to rig this election!!

I called the Staten Island board of elections and got the usual run around so I called the main office in Manhattan and Yvonne took the time to properly take my complaint.

I advised her to please give my complaint to the proper authorities because I am going to notify the Staten Island Borough President and Mayor De Blasio about my voting ordeal today!!

If I am still upset tomorrow I may send a letter of complaint to the federal government!!
