Another October seventeen has arrived; it is Ms Joy Kendras birthday. She is now 76, just like me. I have crossed paths with many females during this life; some have been very good; some of them not so good.

Ms Kendra opened many doors to me, and for that I am forever grateful!!

I can not be with her today; but her spirit has inspired me to cook a delightful macrobiotic dinner in her honor!
