The New York City Housing Authority Head Of Household Criminal Enterprises!!

I suppose there is a formal name for these Satanic Criminals but I call them the above!!

They are the mostly female " head of households " whose name appears on their government leased N.Y.C.H.A. apartment!! These are the " New Untouchables " because they are immune to any criminal arrest or prosecution in a court of law!!

If you turn in these criminals your name and address will be given to them so that you will never dare to turn them in again. If you have family of a vehicle they will be harmed!! You will get filth put onto your apartment door; your mail will be taken; you will be threatened, cussed, and intimidated by the criminals and their cohorts!!

I am now allowed to submit " noise complaints " on line to the City of New York at 311; but " I have exceeded my QUOTA for 911 police services " so any calls that I make to 911 will be treated as " noise complaints " and the New York City Police Department will address them in 8 hours or so!!

The people selling and smoking marijuana and crack cocaine in the hallway outside of my door do not have anything to worry about because prostitution, gambling, and drug dealing makes money within this notorious development; so it is blatantly encouraged by the authorities who keep both of their hands out collecting every dime and dollar that they can possibly get a hold of!!

Collecting " Under The Table Money " and conning the state and federal governments in every way possible is all that the New York City Housing Authority does. Taking care of and maintaining this development is ignored all together as you can clearly see here in these photographs!!
