I am torn between two positions regarding the use of illegal drugs. One side
of the argument reasons that any adult should be able to sign themselves into
a secure facility and be given as much of their " drug of choice " every day
that they desire.

However they have to stay within the " facility " and not among the general
population. That is my rational " Libertarian Position "!!

The other position I have is that the present illegal distribution of Heroin
and Cocaine Should Be Regarded As An Act Of Treason And Punished As Such!!

That is My Emotional Posistion developed By Seeing Too Many Lives Destroyed
By the Use And Distribution of Illegal Narcotics.

I have had to purchase two Bereavement cards this year for the needless deaths
of a 21 year old boy and, just recently, for the estranged husband of a woman
I know. They have a 14 year old son.

The 21 year old boy died from gunshot wounds. The husband died of an Overdose.

New York City Is Awash In Illegal Drugs!!

The Drugs are brought in on " Container Ships " " Car carrying ships " planes
and what have you. The sale and distribution of Narcotics is America's Most
Lucrative and Profitable Business!! Plain and Simple!!

Near New York City's Police Headquarters, within Chatham Square, is a statue
of LIn Ze Xu 1785 - 1850.

Lin arrested 1,700 Opium Dealers and Destroyed 2.6 Million Pounds of Opium.

The Opium Wars were fought between China and England because Lin Ze Xu
believed that Distributing Opium to his countymen was an act of High Treason.

If an adult takes it upon themselves to purchase and use Narcotics that is
one thing.

To be deliberately selling drugs to Junior High, and High School Children
is Ultimate High Treason and should be dealt with accordingly.

If a Slimeball only sells His Drugs to Children the New York City Police
Department can not use its Undercover Officers To Make Any " Drug Buys "
and these Dealers keep on Killing the Children of America.

When the " Dealers " get " Big Enough " the Federal Government will come and
Finally Arrest them.

Mayor Bloomberg's Police Department is Definitively Not Up To The Job!!

Such Is the " Quality Of Life " Within This Very Rotten Apple City!!!
