Vivek Ramaswamy Mops the Floor in Republican Primary Debate by Robert Bridge!
It is becoming clearer why Donald Trump has chosen to excuse himself from participating in the Republican primaries, as he is undoubtedly aware that he has met his match in devastating one-liners with Mr. Ramaswamy.
GOP presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy resembled a young Donald Trump in the third Republican primaries, eviscerating not only his opponents and the Swamp, but the media hosting the event as well.
The biotech entrepreneurs opening statement took aim at Republican National Committee Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel, calling her to hang up her spurs over the terrible Tuesday night election results.
"I think there is something deeper going on in the Republican Party, and I am upset about what happened last night," Ramaswamy remarked in a stunning opening statement that electrified the audience. "We have become a party of losers."
The articulate son of Indian parents, however, was just warming up.
"There is a cancer in the Republican establishment. Let us speak the truth. Since Ronna McDaniel took over as chairwoman of the RNC in 2017 we have lost 2018, 2020, 2022, no red wave; that never came. We got trounced last night in 2023 and I think that we have to have accountability in our party."

Ms McDaniel, who is the niece of United States Senator Mitt Romney, is an American politician and political strategist serving as chairwoman of the Republican National Committee (RNC).
In what was certainly a first in national debates, Ramaswamy essentially demanded that the Republican leader tender her resignation.
"For that matter, Ronna if you want to come up on stage tonight. If you want to look the GOP voters in the eye and tell them you resign, I will yield my time to you."
Ramaswamy, taking a cue from Donald Trump, the master of insults, who once again skipped the debates, then went on the offensive against the mainstream media.
"Think about," he said. "Who is moderating this debate? This should be Tucker Carlson, Joe Rogan and Elon Musk. We would have 10-times the viewership, and asking the questions that GOP primary voters actually care about and bring in more people to our party."
Ramaswamy then questioned the way the debates are organized, going so far as to call out one of the NBC moderators, Kristen Welker.
"Do you think the Democrats would actually hire Greg Gutfeld to host a Democratic Debate? They would not do it..
"Kristen I am going to use this time to ask you if the Donald Trump collusion hoax that you pushed on this network for years, was that real or was that Hillary Clinton, made up disinformation? Answer the question- Go.."
Ramaswamy finished by tying this bright bow on his remark:
"We need accountability because this media rigged the 2016 election; they rigged the 2020 election with the Hunter Biden laptop story; and they are going to rig this election unless we have accountability-"
While Ramaswamy the tech mogul is clearly outperforming the other candidates, which include former United Nations ambassador Nikki Haley, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, Sen. Tim Scott (S.C.), former New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie, the media continues to throw its support behind Haley, who has taken a fiercely pro-Israeli stance in the current war in Gaza.
When asked what she would tell Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, currently fighting against Hamas in the Gaza Strip, Haleys answer was as short as it was disturbing: "Finish them." That is about as close to suggesting genocide as one can get, but given the influence and power that the Jewish Lobby enjoys in the United States political process, the candidates - both Democrats and Republicans - are essentially in a race to see who can espouse the most violent "remedies."
Florida Governor Ron DeSantis was no less threatening in his response, giving Jerusalem the green light as far as unhindered violence in the Gaza Strip goes: "I would be telling Bibi (Benjamin Netanyahu) "finish the job once and for all with these butchers Hamas." They are terrorists, they are massacring innocent people, they would wipe every Jew off the globe if they could. He cannot live with that threat right by his country.."
By comparison to the other responses on Israel (I have deliberately left out the remarks by Scott and Christie since their chances of becoming the Republican presidential candidate are somewhere between slim to none), Ramaswamys were the most cautious and, all things considered, courageous in the face of Israeli influence in the United States political process.
"The founding vision of Israel," Ramaswamy began, "was that they do not want to depend on anybody elses sympathy or direction when defending themselves. So what I would tell Bibi is that Israel has the right and the responsibility to defend itself. I would tell him to smoke those terrorists on his southern border and I would him as President of the United States that I will be smoking those terrorists on our southern border."
Notably, Ramaswamy made no golden promises to send lawyers, guns, and money to Israel, much as the Biden administration has committed itself to doing despite the billions it has already sent to Ukraine, even as the United States total debt has hit $33 trillion (about $100,000 per person in the United States).
"I want to be careful to avoid making the mistakes from the Neocon establishment from the past. Corrupt politicians in both parties spent trillions, killed millions, made billions for themselves in places like Iraq and Afghanistan fighting wars that sent thousands of our sons and daughters - to die in wars that did not advance anyones interests, adding $7 trillion to our national debt," Ramaswamy said, before launching into an attack on the Democratic leader.
"And Joe Biden sold off our foreign policy. Joe Bidens son Hunter Biden got a $5 billion bribe from Ukraine and that is why we are sending $200 billion back to that same country.
The fact of the matter is the Republican Party is not that much better. You have the likes of Nikki Haley, who stepped down during her time at the United Nations. Bankrupt or in debt as was her family, then she becomes a military contractor, she joins the board of Boeing and otherwise is now a multimillionaire. So I think it is wrong when the Republicans do it or when the Democrats do it."
And now for the Ramaswamy stinger, which is every bit as deadly in a debate to anything Donald Trump can serve up.
"Do you want a leader from a different generation who is going to put this country first, or do you want [wait for it] Dick Cheney in three-inch heels," he asked "in which case we have got two of them on stage tonight."

Ramaswamy was referring to both the extremely hawkish Haley and Ron DeSantis, who has been accused of wearing lifts inside of his cowboy boots to elevate his stature.
Whatever the case may be, it is becoming clearer why Donald Trump has chosen to excuse himself from participating in the Republican primaries, as he is undoubtedly aware that he has met his match in devastating one-liners with Mr. Ramaswamy.
