Washington,D.C. Escalates the Middle East Conflict by Paul Craig Roberts

As I expected, Washington,D.C. is moving the conflict toward Iran.

Washington,D.C. chose this moment to escalate in order to direct the news away from Israels trial in the International Court of Justice. Regardless, Washington,D.C.s neoconservatives intended escalation from the beginning of the Israeli-Hamas war.

It has been clear to me since 9-11 in 2001 that neoconservative dominance in Washington,D.C. guaranteed we were on a road to escalation that would eventually reach Armageddon.

The world is going to be victimized by the incapacity of the United States of American political and intellectual classes to think clearly and honestly. We are approaching Armageddon because United States foreign policy serves Israeli expansion, not peace.

Washington,D.C. has now launched air and naval attacks on Yemen. Sadeh, Zubaydah, Abs, Bani, Sana, Hudaydah, and Taiz have been attacked by United States of American forces, initiating yet another war without Congressional approval, a branch of the United States government emptied of power.

The New York Times, of course, blames the expansion of the conflict on the Houthis for interfering with shipping to Israel. With any luck, the fools in Washington,D.C. will topple all of the US puppets in the US. Even Bahrainis are in the streets today protesting Bahrains participation in Washington,D.C.s attack on Yemeni territory.

The price of oil increased in response to the United States of American attacks. Oil kingdoms, such as Saudi Arabia and Oman, are beginning to feel rocky as a result of their alignment with Washington,D.C. against the Houthis.

Will Russia & China Prevent Washington,D.C. from Expanding the Conflict? by Paul Craig Roberts

As I have emphasized, Russia and China are behind the eight ball.

Russia is dependent on Iran to prevent the Central Intelligence Agency funneling jihadists into the Russian Federation and the former Soviet Central Asian republics.

China has energy dependence and energy investments in Iran and does not want a repeat loss like the one Washington,D.C. imposed on China in Libya. Yet these two superpowers have not conveyed to Washington,D.C. that Iran is off limits. The most certain way of deterring a dangerous escalation is an immediate announcement by Russia, China, and Iran of a joint security alliance in which an attack on one is an attack on all.

Russia could add clout to this announcement by immediately removing its constraint on Syria that prevents Syria from using its Russian-provided modern air defense capability to stop United States and Israeli attacks on Syrian territory. President Putin is deluded if he believes his restraints are preventing escalation when in fact Putins restraints are causing escalation.

In truth, what we are faced with is Washington,D.C.s aggression together with Russias restraint leading to nuclear war.

Washington,D.C.s attacks on Yemen are aimed at opening conflict with Iran. Washington,D.C.s neoconservatives have in their grasp the opportunity to renew their wars on Israels opponents. If Russia and China do not understand this and act to prevent it, worst provocations will bring Armageddon upon us.
