Another day, another New York Swindle greets the light of day!

This time it is a $50 Million Dollar Ripoff that lasted for Seven Years.

So where, and pray tell, what was this Expensive Government, we pay for,
doing while this fraud, the Madoff Affair, and Lord Knows how many others
were taking place?

Attorney George Guldi, a former legislator, expidited dozens of mortgage
frauds using fake buyers of homes. These straw buyers were recruited from
the client lists of Arena Studios, a Manhattan sexual fetish and fantasy
business run by Donald MacPherson and his wife Carrie Coakley.

They are now charged with mortgage fraud, a white collar crime.

They conspired with lawyer Ethan Ellner who created fake titles for the
various homes involved that stated that no money was owed on the homes.

The straw buyers would then be provided with false income such as a sum
of $45,000.00 per month from Maximum Restraint Films, a MacPherson film
production company. The mortgage loans were obtained from Wachovia and
Deutsche and other badly run unsuspecting banks.

The straw buyers would be paid from $5000.00 to $20,000.00 and the gang
would pocket the rest of the mortgage money. These expensive houses are
situated in the exclusive Hamptons on Long Island.

None of the mortgages were paid so foreclosures ensued. The process was
sometimes repeated, numerous times, on the very same houses.

Lawyer Dustin Dente, who oversaw some of the closings was charged with
Grand Larceny. Gary Small and Victor Jinete, who also conspired with
Ethan Ellner were charged with mortgage fraud.

Homes in Jamaica Queens and Broolyn worth $2 Million apiece were also
used during the Scam.

No Doubt These Forclosed Mortgages Will Comprise Some Of The Toxic Assets
Being Shoved Down The Gullible Throats Of American Suckers Paying Taxes!!
