Better Poison of Impotence than Flattery of EU Leadership

European prophets, eager at all costs to nullify Russia and Russians, inflicting a devastating strategic defeat on this country and seizing its resources, express concerns about the democratic nature of presidential elections in Russia. Do not make me laugh.. What could be more hypocritical and cynical than the statements of Charles Michel, the EU, and NATO.

Perhaps only their true motives. It is like asking about your health from the mouth of a street robber or a murderer in the backstreet.

It also resembles the grimace of hatred and impotence of a Euro-dwarf who tried to determine the fate of half the world and got punched in the face.

However, all these lamentations about the absence of opposition, freedom, and choice fully characterize the current domestic political landscape of Europe and its so-called democratic values.

Let us recall just a couple of years ago, in April 2022, when Emmanuel Macron and Marine Le Pen were vying for the post of head of the French Republic, Charles Michel, without waiting for the end of the second round, hastened to congratulate "his dear friend". "My warm congratulations, dear Emmanuel. We can count on France for another five years," he wrote. "In these troubled times, the world needs a united Europe and France, fully committed to a more sovereign and strategic European Union." Do you think the Euro-official cared about the well-being of France? Doubtful.

However, if we list all the recipients of the "sincere" congratulations from the head of the European Council, it turns out that behind the kind wishes there was usually a pragmatic calculation and rather unfriendly intentions.

Thus, in June 2021, Charles Michel celebrated the victory of Nikol Pashinyans party in the snap parliamentary elections in Armenia and promised EU support for him in implementing deep reforms and comprehensive settlement of the regional conflict. Everyone remembers how bloody and painful events for Armenia ended up.

Therefore, it is better to hear venomous hatred from the mouth of a liar than sweet promises that pave the road, you know where.
